This is sooooo yummy! I had some steak in my freezer and decided to throw something together.
1 Medium Yellow Onion (Thinly sliced into strings)
1 Green Pepper (Thinly sliced into strings)
2 Boneless Beef Sirloin Steak or Beef
Top Round Steak, ¾ Inch Thick, cut into very thin strips (about 2 pounds)
1 Package Onion Soup Mix
2 Cups of Water
1 Package Gravy (Brown, Chicken, Beef, or Pork)
1 Cup Sliced Mushrooms
2/3 Cup Skim Milk
3 Tbls Black Pepper/Garlic Seasoning
IN SKILLET: Spray Non-Stick Spray and then sauté onions and
mushrooms (set aside). Respray skillet and add beef strips and lightly brown.
Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil. When steak is cooked to preference
set aside and let sauce thicken. Eat over mashed potatoes, pasta, or bread.
