Skillet Meatloaf

I discovered skillet meatloaf because I was in the mood for meatloaf and my hamburger was frozen. Quick, easy, and yummy!


2 Pounds low-fat ground hamburger or ground turkey
2 Cups Water
1 Envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
2 Cups Catsup
1 Cup Brown Sugar
1- 6oz. Stuffing (any kind)

IN SKILLET: Spray Non-Stick Spray and brown and chop the hamburger. When hamburger is browned add the water, soup mix, catsup, and brown sugar. Bring to a boil and stir until dissolved.  When boiling take off the burner and add the stuffing. Let sit between 5 to 10 minutes until the stuffing is at the right consistency.
